Sequoia Saw & Supply Company's new pneumatic saw clamp enables existing saw sharpening equipment to meet the forest product industry's demand for precision grinding tolerances. It allows the accurate grinding of stellite, high-speed steel and swage-tooth band saws without the expense of new equipment.

This new system's increased grinding accuracy gives more point ups per swage or retip and reduces tooth-to-tooth saw kerf variance. This grinding accuracy results in longer saw life and greater sawing accuracy.

Dual-pressure, cam activated, pneumatic clamping system, eliminates sawtooth deflection with up to 350 pounds of clamping pressure while face grinding. The system also releases to a fully adjustable drag pressure to accurately follow cam profile. Both clamping and drag pressures are individually adjustable.

New larger, carbide face plates provide maximum wear and are fully adjustable for precision horizontal and vertical alignment.

The clamping arm swings out of the way for easy loading and unloading of saws, completely eliminating old style gate assembly. Conversion of existing grinding equipment is simple. The Sequoia Pneumatic Saw Clamp is now available for #2, #4, and #6 Armstrong Sharpeners and #410, #413, and #414 Hanchett Bandsaw Grinders.
